Based in Ixelles since 1986, Saint-Aulaye is a patisserie specialised in producing the highest quality traditional
French pastry.
Every day, Fabien Grégoire, Jean-Louis Barré and their team
of talented pâtissiers work so that you can share their passion: they simply want you to enjoy the best tasting pastries, those that will make your taste buds reach ecstasy!
Pure classics or totally original, the pastries of Saint-Aulaye have one thing in common: absolutely outstanding quality. Everything that goes into the pastries is of the highest quality
be it the talent of the chefs or the ingredients.
Saint-Aulaye is the name of a small town in the Dordogne
where Gérard Marciquet, the founder of the patisserie, did
his apprenticeship.
It is only after years of being members of the Saint-Aulaye team that Fabien and Jean-Louis decided to take over the running of the place. This was in 2008. Both have long and
in-depth experience. Fabien, ‘Compagnon of the Tour of France’, leads and directs the team of pastry chefs who work through the night to give you the very best of French tradition and quality. Jean-Louis, with more than 20 years of experience in the service business (including a stint at Harrod's in London) welcomes you and will, together with his team, advise you if necessary.
